We use A-grade PU board and MDF from some of South Africa’s best manufacturers. All hardware features an anti-rust coating for lasting quality.
Our furniture ranges bought in retail stores across the country are mostly already pre-assembled, but we also sell flatpack furniture in-store.
Our online ranges are delivered flatpacked and you need to assemble the items yourself.
Flatpack furniture items are very easy to assemble and come with clear instructions.
We provide clear instructions and all the necessary screws and bolts for hassle-free assembly of all our flatpacked furniture.
You'll only need a Phillips (star) screwdriver. We supply an allen key.
- Always lift your furniture, instead of pushing or pulling.
- Keep doors and drawers secure.
- Clean with a damp cloth and avoid chemicals or furniture oil.
- Use water sparingly to prevent water damage. Excessive water will cause damage, voiding the warranty.
We will gladly provide a quotation for customisation, if the quantities are sufficient. Please contact us with your needs.

You can access the assembly video in two ways:
- Scan the QR code provided in the assembly instructions to be directed to the YouTube video.
- When viewing the product page, you will find a link to the assembly video just below the "Buy Now" and "Add to Cart" buttons.
You can order through our website or directly from the factory. For website orders, navigate to our products, select your product, add it to your shopping basket, and continue to payment. Please contact us if you need help with this process.
We accept credit card payments via Payfast (a secure third party platform) and EFTs. Please contact us if you need assistance with payment arrangements.
As we make use of third party delivery service providers, unfortunately, we cannot accept cash on delivery as payment for our items. We accept credit card and EFT payments.
As with a normal product order, you will first receive an order confirmation e-mail.
Look out for the second e-mail containing your gift voucher code.
You can simply forward this e-mail to the recipient or copy-and-paste the code and send it via Whatsapp or other method of communication.
Each code can be used only once.
Yes, we offer a lay-buy option through Pay Just Now.
National delivery to The Courier Guy's regional and main centres are free (included in the price you see on the website). Delivery to remote and high risk areas are additionally charged and will be calculated at checkout, when you enter your delivery address.
Delivery usually takes place 5-7 days from when the order was placed. This may vary depending on your delivery address and type of item purchased. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
You can update all your personal details on your Account page.
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective products. For non-warranty-related returns, customers are responsible for delivery costs.
We’ll contact you with options within 1-2 working days. You will have the option to swap for a similar product, get a store credit, or request a full refund.
We provide a limited warranty of six months from the date of purchase on all furniture products.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for six months from the date of purchase. However, it’s essential to follow our care instructions. Using furniture oil / wax or chemicals can cause irreparable damage, which isn’t covered by our warranty.
The warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, unauthorised repairs, or improper assembly. Normal wear and tear, water damage, and damages from third-party transportation aren’t covered.
We’ll either repair or replace the defective part or product. However, you’ll be responsible for delivery costs to our factory and back to you again. If the original item isn’t available, we might substitute it with a similar product of equal value.
- Return the product to the retail outlet where it was purchased, or contact us if you bought your furniture item online on our website.
- You will receive a customer repair order (CRO) and be informed of the next steps after the factory inspection.
- Repairs will only start after your approval.
- You’ll be contacted once the repairs are completed, and goods will only be released after payment.
You’ll be responsible for delivery fees if you can’t drop the item off at the retail outlet where it was purchased (or at our factory, if you bought from us directly).
No, the warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
